Job Description Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cyber Security Awareness Facilitator, to join the CCBA Information Technology team. The successful applicant will be reporting into the IT Risk and Compliance Manager. This role contributes to the continued protection of CCBA data and systems. This role contributes to protecting the organisation against information technology threats and attacks by taking responsibility for all information security communication, awareness, and education programmes. The primary objective of this job is to reduce risk for the organisation by ensuring that all employees, contractors, and other third-party users of CCBA systems, understand security policies and apply information security practices to protect the digital assets of the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Act as the co-ordinator accountable for security awareness in the organisation and ensure success of security awareness programmes Developing and designing effective security awareness programmes Developing and deploying newly developed security awareness programmes Strengthening and improving knowledge and awareness of cyber security in the organisation Embedding and ensuring understanding of, and compliance with cyber security policies Project managing cyber security awareness solution deployments and changes to successful completion Engaging with relevant cyber security stakeholders Acts as a responsible corporate citizen and member of their team
Skills, Experience & Education Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12) Diploma or degree in Education, Information Technology or Industrial Psychology advantageous Other Qualifications: Professional in Project Management (PPM) Certified Project Manager (CPM) One (+ ITIL) of the following certifications is required: Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) CompTIA Security+ Certification ITIL Foundation Incumbents need to have specific knowledge of: Instructional Design Adult Learning Principles Online learning Development Experience 8 to 10 years general work experience with at least 4 years relevant experience. Relevant experience includes: Training material development Campaign design
